I will update photos at a later junction as a lot of my office products or equipment for the office is in transition as I am relocating my workspace. First things first, this came packaged very well which is always a good start for me personally. It was nice this product it's pretty much ready to go. The track and the base are one piece and it's built in, you really only have to assemble the front part of the machine. I guess you would call it. Like maybe where you would place your hands or have digital readouts, heart monitor and stuff like that. I am impressed with the machine; I've plugged it in to test the various speeds and its ability to handle vibration or the bounce of you walking or running on the machine itself and it does handle shock very well from walking or running.
Now would I suggest sprinting at your desk on a treadmill? No, but that is not what this is intended for. You can vary from three speeds that are very comfortable and again for people who are stuck at a desk like me and have to go to the gym or use workout equipment at home this product is great. It just promotes circulation and getting that blood moving and not being stationary all day which honestly just destroys your body. I really like the quality of the product. I thought because it was so compact and thin it would be cheap or not be able to provide a workout. However, believe it or not, this can provide a decent cardio workout.
So far, I feel comfortable giving it 4 stars because it's exactly what it said it is and it showed up ready to go with no heavy installation required. It pretty much works out of the box other than setting up your side poles and your front stand. I will say the support stand for the front of the machine can be a little flimsy it is thin however it's still strong enough to where it's not going to cause an issue, I just would not put all your weight on it realistically you're basically standing on a very compact treadmill belt driven with a motor, it's quiet and it works. It seems to be made very well thus far. I've had it for a few days now and I've used it maybe three out of five days now and can't complain as I've sed it in between rearranging the office and assembling a ton of equipment.
I will say that this product would be most beneficial if you own one of those desks that can be raised or lowered from a sitting position to a standing position while having your monitors in front of you and things like that. Of course, that may not be ideal for most people as those desks are very expensive, I was lucky to get one at a discount but in any case, even if you didn't feel comfortable doing this in front of your desk, no problem, do your work then take a 15-minute break, hop on the treadmill.... you can't go wrong. For as compact as this is and easy it is to use and set up you really kind of don't have an excuse to not take intervals and just get on this thing and walk for 15 minutes every hour of work.
Just to clarify, when I say assembly for the support polls you really don't have any assembly they just rise and lock for the most part once locked/put on, very little assembly is needed. Again, it comes ready to go for the most part, you just have to secure those polls via a latch and like I said it has three different variations. You don't even have to fold those up that's more so for running or walking fast. You could basically just have this small motor treadmill underneath you and you can still see a readout from the LED, it's just really compact and awesome. I'm actually just kind of impressed with a treadmill that is this versatile as well as easy to move around via the wheels it has. It's not extremely heavy and as a matter of fact, I had a brand-new treadmill from maybe three years ago that was the bulkiest thing in the world and made of steel.
This compact treadmill just blows me away to see something like this machine and actual work well. For how compact it is and how well it works it's just surprising and impressive. It has a nice jet-black color to it as well as protective wrap on it that you take off for where the LED is it even has the safety cord to where if the magnetic cord disconnects the treadmill stops like most of them. It's also nice they kept it simple it's a one button start system and you could rotate to the three variations I was explaining earlier. Aside from functionality this thing looks slick.
All apologies on a longer review on something so basic or simple. I just truly am pretty blown away on how far these types of items have come and the technology behind it. I mean this thing can hold up to 300 pounds realistically I think it's rated for 265 however, I have a coworker that is a big man and he's right around 300 pounds and a giant, but he had no trouble using this product. I also think it's worth mentioning how quiet the motor is it's a 2.5 horsepower motor and it has some thrust to it and it's not loud at all versus the treadmill that I just got ri...
